Bi-Monthly "Boost Camp" at the park!
Join Rocky and Reanol for 75 minutes of intense circuits and high octane cardio followed up with a deep, relaxing yoga flow.
Location changes regularly to keep it fresh. Always in Costa Mesa, Newport area.
